Preparing for Pool Openings & Closings:
To prepare for pool openings or closings, ensure gates or doors are unlocked. If you have keys or combination locks, give the code or location of the key to the office. For easy access, please keep your yard obstruction-free. We also suggest leaving your pool parts out for our team to re-install.
Pool Opening for Summer
- Leave pool parts out (drain plugs, baskets, jets, ladders etc.)
- If the water is too low to start your pool, it may take 2 to 6 hrs to fill once the winter cover has been pumped off.
Pool Closing for Winter
- Leave winterization components out (plugs gizmo, foam light inserts caps, water feature ice protectors, etc.)
- Breaker panels inside your home that control the pool equipment need to be turned off for techs to winterize correctly with blower and spa transfer pumps.
- Please turn all pool equipment panels off once our techs are finished winterizing your pool.
