Joey stopped by today to assess the wrinkles that have developed in my pool liner, and from the start he was extremely helpful. He even took the time to try smoothing out the first wrinkle he noticed while explaining why these wrinkles can form.What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward he was. He explained that there’s about a 50/50 chance that he and his team will be able to smooth the wrinkles out. He never pushed me toward getting a new liner, in fact, he said the liner is in great condition and that the wrinkles are mainly cosmetic.I think I’ll wait for a warmer day and have Joey come back with his team to work on the wrinkles, and hopefully they can get them smoothed out.Joey was very professional, knowledgeable, and above all, extremely friendly. He was generous with his time, answered all my questions, and genuinely wanted to help without expecting anything in return. That kind of service is hard to find these days.Highly recommend Joey to anyone looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for the customer.

I had a problem with opening my pool with other guy but Ontario pool services came right away and fixed all the problems I had with my pool. So I asked them to come back to close as well. They are professional and friendly, great people. He even blow around the pool before he put the cover back on the pool. Nobody ever done that for my pool. They are very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend. Great company!
